Printed typographical document, fulfilled by hand, registering the schooner Phoenix under the name of Joseph Lunt of Falmouth, with paper seal and Hancock signature, fragmentary along central vertical fold with a small hole at the center, less problematic vertical fold through Hancock's signature, some spotting, a bit of toning, mounted on board, 12 1/2 x 8 in.
