Single sheet of Mitchell's letterhead typed over one page, to a Mrs. Simpson thanking her for her letter, and stating that she contemplates no lecture tour nor any public speeches, "for I realize that writing books and making speeches are two very different affairs," signed in blue ink, matted and framed with a portrait of Mitchell at her typewriter, 6 3/4 x 8 1/4 in.
