Five Press-molded Octagonal Tortoiseshell-glazed Earthenware Plates, Staffordshire, England, third quarter 18th century, the plates with reeded rims, ht. 8 1/4, wd. 8 1/4 in. Estimate $600-800 One plate has small chips on the corners, one plate has an old staple repair on the back, one plate has a hairline crack in the rim.
