Pair of Wedgwood Jasper Figural Candlesticks, England, late 18th century, modeled as solid blue cornucopia-form candle holders supported by solid white figures of Ceres with sheaf of wheat and Cybele with lion and set atop a raised circular solid blue base, impressed marks, ht. 12 5/8 in. The property of Jeffrey Milkins. Estimate $4,000-6,000 Ceres: Restored to entire candleholder and through her neck. Areas of staining, primarily to her backside. Cybele: Restored chips to candleholder. Similar staining on backside. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
