Two Framed American Needlework Samplers, including a "Sally Tilden/1808," possibly Plymouth, Massachusetts, ht. to 21 1/4, wd. to 20 1/4 in. Estimate $300-500 Sally Tilden is with patch and veneer flakes to the frame, fading to the threads, small hole, and thinning to the backing, the other is with acid burn to the backing, corrosion and staining to the lower right corner and abrasions to the frame.
