Octavo, hand-colored ship flags throughout, some pages with hand-drawn and painted flags added, with an index and one leaf of publisher's ads after the text, 96 numbered pages, ex libris the Bark Ohio , with several inscriptions to that effect on preliminary leaves; many manuscript notes and annotations throughout, this copy was in use between 1854 and 1865, some ships' names crossed out, and others added, some staining, in half leather and cloth boards, 8 x 4 3/4 in.
