19th/20th century of urn form, mounted with loop handles terminating in female masks, one side with a cartouche centered by a circular enameled dial with Arabic numeral hours and painted to show a reclining maiden flanked by cherubs, signed Quentin, the other side with a cartouche painted to depict a river landscape, raised on a circular foot ending in a shaped base. Height 16 7/8 inches. Property from the Estate of Dr. Vincent Gambino, Naperville, Illinois Clock winds but does not run or strike. Porcelain intact apparently without cracks or chips. A couple of very small paint drips; surface scratches and wear consistent with age. Mounts with fairly dull, dirty patina and some uneven areas.
