18th century depicting ladies at various pursuits. Diameter 13 1/2 inches. Property of a Collector, Mequon, Wisconsin In good, stable and complete condition overall. Some areas of faintness and loss to the polychrome enamel decoration and gilt highlights. Light shelf wear to the foot rim, and instances of pitting and minor firing imperfections to the underside. Scattered areas of wear where the plate rack meets the edge of the plate. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouch or repair.
