Ladies custom made 18k yellow gold, diamond and gemstone ring with tree bark and leaf motif on shank within a twisted rope border, five articulating flowers on top composed of faceted sapphires, diamonds, faceted rubies, faceted emeralds and blue glass cabochons. Marked "18k" and acid tested as 18k quality. Also marked with "V. Rossi", likely for maker. US ring size approximately 6. Total weight approximately 5.0 grams.
