Ladies custom made 18k yellow gold, diamond, and emerald brooch/pendant, having twisted gold wires, set with twenty-five (25) modern round brilliant cut white diamonds (approximately 1. 25 carats total weight, color range: G-H, clarity range: Si-Si2 , cut grade very good) set in 18k white gold diamond heads, with twelve (12) round cut natural emeralds (approximately 1.50 carats total weight, color: semi transparent medium green, oiled, cut grade: good). Pin closure and enhancer bale. Marked "KE" and "18K". Approximate height 2", width 1.25". Total weight approximately 23.3 grams.
