A 16th Century style headdress worn by Marisa Pavan as Catherine de Medici in Diane (MGM, 1956) and acquired at the David Weisz & Co. MGM Auction after sale in 1970. The brocade headdress is embellished with gold tone metalwork and beads, simulated topaz, and simulated pearls. A bias label to the interior reads "#6 1675 4523 Marisa Pavan."
