Cherry and Mahogany Veneer Tall Case Clock, George Eberman, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, c. 1825-30, the hood with scrolled molded cornice centering an urn flame carved finial on shaped plinth above a flared tombstone door flanked by turned columns, the painted iron dial with floral designs with seconds and calendar hands and eight-day weight-driven movement, the deep cove molding above the waist with cockbeaded rectangular door flanked by canted corners and on the base below resting on turned feet, refinished, (some retouch on dial), ht. 105 in.
