Federal Cherry and Mahogany Veneer Carved Bowfront Chest of Drawers, New Hampshire or Vermont, 1815-25, the swell front top with ovolo corners above a case of cockbeaded mahogany veneer drawers with stringing in ovolo outline flanked by ring-turned and spiral carved quarter engaged columns over skirts with front and side shaping, the columns end in turned feet, original brass, refinished, (minor imperfections), ht. 43 1/4, wd. 40, dp. 21 5/8 in.
