Lukas Weber (American, 20th Century) Seabiscuit Unsigned. Watercolor with graphite on pink paper, sight size 10 x 14 in. (25.4 x 35.5 cm), framed. Condition: Good. Lukas Konrad Weber was born in Chicago, Illinois, and was diagnosed as a schizophrenic. Both of his parents were artists, and encouraged Lukas to take art classes at Parsons University and the Pratt Institute. He sometimes likes to work with a camera.
