Classical Mahogany Carved and Mahogany Veneer Sideboard, probably Massachusetts, c. 1825, the rectangular cockbeaded gallery with four half-engaged ring-turned spiral-carved columns above the rectangular molded top and case of central short drawer and hinged door with recessed panel, flanked by doors with simulated drawer facade opening to shelves with flanking quarter-engaged spiral-carved posts continuing to vase and ring-turned carved legs, the sides with recessed panels all joined by a double cockbeaded lower edge, replaced brass pulls, old refinish, (imperfections), ht. 47 1/2, wd. 53 1/2, dp. 20 1/2 in.
