Jenny Lind-Type Parian Shoulder Head Doll, mid-19th century, with molded black hair in center parting leading to complicated arrangement of braids held in plaited bun at nape of neck, individual painted strands framing the face, painted blue eyes with fine red line above and corner dots, closed mouth, and cloth body with lid lower arms, individually stitched fingers, and brown leather booted feet, in cream faille cotton dress with shaped bodice, green edging and white undergarments, ht. 16 in., (right wrist repaired).
