Hermes (French, founded 1837). Circa 1994 designer Hermes "Le Roy Soleil" silk twill scarf, scarf with title at lower center, central scene with sun king on horseback against large sunflower surrounded by circular medallions with other figural scenes symbolizing the sun, light and radiance. Overall in navy blue, red and goldenrod yellow. Marked "Hermes Paris" lower right. Designed by Annie Faivre. Overall measures approximately 35" square.
