Three Central Plains Carved Red Pipestone Items, c. last quarter 19th century, two pipe bowls, one in the form of a tomahawk head with pewter or lead inlays, the other in the form of a horse with a saddle, and an unusual undrilled pipe stem form with two European dressed men and a monkey straddling the stem, (all have repaired breaks), lg. to 15 in. Provenance: Barclay and Howard White.
