Attributed to Micah Williams (New Jersey and New York, 1782-1837) Portrait of a Woman Wearing a Lace Bonnet with Pink Ribbons. Unsigned. Pastel on paper, c. 1825, depicting a woman with blue-gray eyes, wearing a brown dress with a ruffled white collar, sight size 24 x 20 in., in a black-painted molded wood frame. Condition: Laid down onto cardboard, tears l.r., c.l., Note: Micah Williams worked mainly as a portrait artist in pastels in the vicinity of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
