First Series Portrait Jumeau Bebe, impressed 4 , with pressed bisque head, open / closed mouth with white space between lips, threaded almond-cut cornflower blue glass eyes, charcoal-gray lashes, mauve eye shadow, feathered brows, pierced ears, and probably original blonde mohair wig, on floating-ball jointed wood and papier-mache body with associated bisque lower arms of Bru shape, impressed 11 , ht. 21 1/2 in., (small chip on one lid, approx. five small raised dots on nose and around left eyebrow, wig pulls over ears and at back of head, body paint worn and flaking, left bisque arm cracked and glued at elbow, right with one repaired finger). There is a firing crack in the right ear.
