Federal Maple Tall Clock by Timothy Chandler, Concord, New Hampshire, c. 1815, reeded columns flanking the 12 in. painted dial with Roman numerals, decorated spandrels and arch, and signed Timothy Chandler Concord, N.H., rectangular waist door, cut-out base, eight-day time and strike movement with rack and snail, recoil escapement, pendulum, and two tin-cased weights, ht. 90 in. Cased refinished and probably painted red originally, minor paint loss on dial, period pendulum and weights.
