Late George III Silver Toddy Ladle, London, 1758, maker's mark partially rubbed, likely Henry Bailey, with twisted baleen handle, ovoid bowl with later fruit and floral chasing and embossing, lg. 15 in., approx. 2 troy oz. handle pushed into bowl with resultant metal tear approx. 1/4 in. bowl later chased and embossed, and with later shaping to add a slight spout.
