Five Shaker Sewing and Textile Articles America, late 19th/early 20th century, including a maple hand-held yarn winder, a pincushion stand with turned maple shaft and base, six steel spool holders topped with a peach colored velvet covered pincushion; a small maple and birch expanding table-top yarn swift, a small round cherry and maple covered sewing box with lapped band construction secured with copper tacks, pine bottom, the interior lined with woven green and peach floral satin, fastened to the exterior with off-white satin ribbons; a square poplarware sewing basket with a woven diamond pattern on the canted sides and base, blue floral printed silk lining with two corner pockets and a pincushion, (minor imperfections), ht. 2 1/2-11 1/2, dia. 4 3/4-21 3/4 in.
