A Black Forest wheel thermometer and barometer having an oak leaf and floral carved crest over the painted porcelain inset standard above the wheel shaped aneroid barometer, set within a naturalistic carved framed flanked by juxtaposed birds. Thermometer marked "R.C." and barometer marked "Heinrich Kappeller, Wien V.I." Approximate height 18.2", width 9.5", depth 2".
