BILL RAUHAUSER, PHOTOGRAPHS, TWO, 1992, 7" X 9", 'POST OBJECT SERIES':Titled on verso Post Object Series 20A and Post Object Series II 23A. Matted and framed under glass. Bill Rauhauser, born in Detroit in 1918 and taught photography at The Center for Creative Studies (now College for Creative Studies) for over 30 years, with 1 year as guest lecturer at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and 4 years at Wayne State University. He is currently serving as Artist Advisor for the Board of Directors of the Dept. of Prints, Drawings and Photographs of the Detroit Institute of Arts. Rauhauser is listed in the Archives of American Art at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. and exhibitions of his work include "The Family of Man" show at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
