Italian, 19th century. Louis XV style polychrome decorated console table having a serpentine shaped simulated marble top above a conforming deep frieze, the apron hung with pierced rocaille motifs and central scrolling foliate and shell raised on leafy C-scroll legs ending on scrolled foliate toes and shaped pegs. Approximate height 35.25", width 58.5", depth 28.12". Provenance: Purchased from Withers and Lanham Designs, INC located at 375 Pharr Road, N.E. Suite 205, Atlanta, GA 30305 on March 26,1987.
