A bronze medal made by Arthus Bertrand and presented to Pelé in Paris, France, on September 13, 1976. The medal was presented to Pelé at a party held at the Hotel de Ville in Paris in advance of the New York Cosmos friendly match versus Paris Saint-Germain FC that was held on September 14, 1976. The front of the medal features a low relief mosaic embossed with a medieval motif. The back of the medal is engraved "Paris à Pelé 1976."
