Johann Hendrick van Mastenbroek (Dutch, 1875-1945) Vessels in the Harbor Signed "J. H. van. Mastenbroek" l.r., identified on a presentation plaque and with a label from J.H. Miller Co., Inc., Sprinfield, Massachusetts, on the reverse. Watercolor on paper, sight size 15 x 21 in. (38.1 x 53.3 cm), framed. Condition: Foxing, toning, not examined out of frame. There are fox marks scattered throughout the composition. The sheet is toned, and the colors may be gently faded. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no additional visible issues to report.
