English Elkington figural glass center bowl. Circular cut glass center bowl with scalloped edges raised on a metal shaft decorated with four nude putti with drapes over their shoulders and dolphins in between figures at bottom. Bowl raised on a circular foot with four facial masks with undulating detail. Marked on bottom "PUB'D BY ELKINGTON 639". Height 10 inches. Diameter of top 8.7 inches.
