Wedgwood Majolica Figural Center Bowl, England, c. 1867, polychrome decorated and modeled with a circular bowl with pierced gallery atop a reeded column surrounded by putti and shell-form dishes set on a raised foot with laurel garlands and scrolled feet, impressed mark, ht. 13 in. Literature: Illustrated in Majolica by N. Dawes, figure 161. Bowl with a 1 1/4" rim hairline, some areas of glaze flaking and wear to the glaze at the bowl center.
