(American, 19th Century) Untitled, (Indian Girl by Stream) circa 1840 pastel on paper 25 1/2 x 19 3/4 inches. Property sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Denver Art Museum Provenance: Estate of Louise M. Wells Unframed. Overall poor condition with creases and scratches to the surface throughout. Hole upper center, tears at top and bottom edge, approx. 1 inch wide piece is detached.
