Sold for:
$10,000

* each having a baluster form standard set with musical putti form, issuing candle arms. Height 35 inches. Property from the Collection of Kenneth Fugate and Carroll Heath, San Francisco, California Overall in good condition with no major visible losses to either. Each shows oxidation, and age to gilding throughout. Both upper candelarm sections should be properly secured to the lower standards, as each currently sits askew atop the standard. Each shows tears to bronze in the acanthus leaves at base of candelarms. Also each leaf has a hole at outer end (not threaded), suggesting that something is possibly missing…perhaps prisms or something. One candelarm (and possibly a second) on one candelabrum appears to have been previously repaired at the connection to central support. These appear tarnished in color compared to other surfaces. Inquire for images.
