A double-sided sheet of lined paper with "Lennon JW" on the top left of one side, listing John Lennon's detentions at Quarry Bank High School circa 1954-1955. Each side has columns for date committed, reason for detention, date served, and signature of supervisor. The reasons for detention include "silliness," "fooling," "nuisance," "noise," and "paper dart." The sheet shows Lennon was sent to detention almost every day, sometimes twice a day.
