A Michael Jackson signed costume worn on stage with the Jackson 5ive. The two-piece costume, circa 1973, consists of a shirt and trousers. The yellow turtleneck shirt is embroidered across the chest “J5” in a heart within a circle, with pink accents and light yellow sleeves. The shirt is signed “Michael Jackson” at left shoulder. One leg of the bell bottom trousers is red and yellow the other leg is all red. Both pieces have Cotroneo Costume labels with “Mike” typed on the name line. Accompanied by the Jackson 5ive’s vinyl album Get It Together (or G . I . T .) that shows an image of Jackson wearing this costume. Previously exhibited at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
