A medal presented to Pelé in 1956 from Esporte Clube Corinthians. The medal features a low relief image of a football player on the front. The back of the medal is inscribed "Ao dedicado Pelé, uma singela recordação do E.C. Corinthians - Bauru, 29- 7 - 1956" [Dedicated to Pele, a simple remembrance of the E.C. Corinthians - Bauru, 29- 7 - 1956]. Affixed to the medal loop is a small green and yellow ribbon. The now defunct E.C.
