A group of four bamboo fishing rods, (two pieces each) used by Pelé. One rod is engraved “King Pelé.” Another is engraved “Prof. Mazzie” who was Pelé’s close friend and advisor since 1965. Fishing was Pelé’s go-to relaxation. He used to fish in Sossêgo, in the state of Paraíba known as one of the best fishing locations in the regions of Americas/Western Europe. Pelé also used to fish in the Billings reservoir to relax while he was training near Chacara Nicholas Moran farm, site of the original training camp of the Santos team.
