A trophy presented in gratitude to Pelé on April 14, 1983, by the office of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Ilha Porchat Clube of São Vicente, São Paulo, Brazil. The trophy is a ceramic mother and child figure. The round wood base presents the metal emblem of the Ilha Porchat Clube and a metal plaque inscription to Pelé from the "Oficina Nossa Senhora do Carmo/ e Ilha Porchat Clube."
