A Republic of Haiti Honor and Merit medal [Ordre National Honneur et Mérite] presented to Pelé. The Ordre National Honneur et Mérite is the highest honor of merit in Haiti. The Order was established in 1926 and is awarded in five grades to both Haitians and foreign nationals.
