A 2006 crystal Artemio Franchi Award trophy presented to Pelé by the Artemio Franchi Foundation and inscribed "Premio Siena/ Artemio Franchi/2006/ Pelé. " The trophy honors Pelé as the football World Champion in 1958, 1962 and 1970. Franchi was a sports manager who served as president of the Italian Football Federation (1967-1976, 1978-1980), as UEFA president (1973-1983), and as a member of the FIFA Executive Committee (1974-1983).
