The games were held in November 2005 in Salvador, the capital city of the Brazilian state of Bahia. The medal features the logo for the "X JOIDS" and is attached to a ribbon repeating the logo for the games and the words "X JOIDS - Jogos Nacionais de Integração da Polícia Federal - Salvador - Bahia - 2005."
