The silver toned metal plaque features three enamel and gold colored emblems, and lettering that reads (translated) "Tribute of the/ Brazilian Confederation of Sports/ to/ Edson Arantes do Nascimento/ (Pelé)/ 100th game in the Brazil Selection/ Mexico - 1970." Pelé was presented this plaque in Mexico in 1970 after he had played his 100th game and while Brazil was playing warm-up matches for the 1970 World Cup.
