A silver tone rectangular medal, with green and yellow striped ribbon, depicting a football player in gold tone. The obverse of the medal is engraved "Pelé," and the reverse is engraved "De Avallone Júnior ao Campeão Invicto, Campeonato Inf. Juvenil, 1954."
