Andrew Johnson signed land grant which granted three hundred and twenty acres of land to Abram Coovert and his wife Martha Ann Coovert in Yamhill County, Oregon; signed to bottom middle by President Andrew Johnson with the Seal of the General Land Office to the bottom left; dated 1866; also signed to bottom right by the Secretary and Recorder of the General Land Office; measures approximately 12" x 20-1/2"; in Fair condition with staining, toning, small tears, and creasing from where the document was folded; includes some printed information on Andrew Johnson as well as Abram Coovert.
