Accompanied by a fitted box. Three-body, solid, polished, rounded bezel, straight lugs with screwed bars, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, transparent case back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman and Arabic numerals, aperture for the central engraved rosette revolving disc for the day/night and hour indication, sector for the retrograde minute indication. Blued steel Breguet hand. Cal. 9903 MC, rhodium-plated, Cartier logo decoration, 25 jewels, straight- line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber.
