Inner: twobody, “Louis XVI”, the back with translucent imperial blue enamel with white vermiculae over engine-turning, pearl-set bezels. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with five-minute Arabic numerals, winding aperture at 2. Gold “beetle and poker” hands. 28 mm, hinged, frosted gilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brass balance with flat balance spring, continental type balance cock.
