Very fine and rare, rectangular, back winding, 18K yellow gold lady's wristwatch with an integrated, 18K yellow gold Cartier mesh bracelet with deployant clasp. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, 4 screws on the band, back winder, case back with monogram, flat top crystal. Off-white with painted radial Roman numerals, inner minute track. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Cal. 409, rhodium-plated, 16 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed LeCoultre. Dim. 19 x 30 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
