Very fine and unique, self-winding, 18K pink and white gold gentleman's “à tact" wristwatch with wandering hours and an 18K pink gold Andersen buckle. Three-body, solid, ribbed band, aperture between the lugs at 6 and wide aperture on the dial at 12 showing the time, the numbers and indexes hand engraved and filled with black enamel, straight lugs, time setting by 2 pushpieces on the case back. Engraved pink gold by Vaucher Gravure, representing Mount Rushmore. Signature above the hour aperture. Cal. modified by Andersen, Genève, mechanical with automatic winding, 25 jewels. With a diploma from the Danish Watchmaker School, part of the Royal Technological Institute of Copenhagen, in 1963 he went to Switzerland to learn how the best watches were produced. After working for Gübelin for several years, in 1969 he joined Patek Philippe's "Atelier of Complications" under the direction of the famous Max Berney, who had more than 45 years of experience with the company.
