Apollo XVII - Cernan, Evans, Schmitt Omega, "Speedmaster Professional", case No. 48383017. Made circa 2002 to comemmorate the crew of the Apollo XVII mission, Cernan, Evans & Schmitt, on December 14, 1972. Fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, black bezel with tachometer, Apollo XVII Mission logo and a stainless steel Omega bracelet with deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate. Three-body, polished and brushed, winding crown and push buttons protected by the guard, lyre lugs, back engraved: "Flight Qualified by NASA for All Manned Space Missions, The First Watch Worn on The Moon", the center with Apollo logo, antimagnetic dust cap. Black with luminous baton indexes and luminous dots, outer minute/seconds and 1/5th seconds divisions, subsidiary dials for the seconds with Apollo XVII logo, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Luminous white baton hands. Cal. 1861, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator.
