“Minute Repeating – Split Seconds” C. H. Meylan, Brassus, Swiss, No. 5666. Made circa 1905. Very fine and rare, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K gold pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph and 30- minute register. Four-body, solid, "demi-bassine", polished, hinged gold cuvette with engraved inscription. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer 1/5th second scale and red 5-minute/second Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands.
