Fine and very rare, rectangular, “pupitre”, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman`s assymetric wristwatch with red date and an 18K yellow gold Omega bracelet with deployant clasp.Accompanied by the original certificate and guarantee. This watch is sold with a box, a Certificate of Authenticity, and a 2-year Omega guarantee. Two-body, brushed, inclined bezel, half-hooded lugs, back secured with four screws, crown at 9, sapphire crystal. Bronzed with applied inclined indexes, inner minute/seconds division, Omega logo on red medallion at 12 o`clock, date aperture in red. White “baton” hands, red center seconds hand. Cal. 1300 “Beta 21”, 13 jewels, with quartz standardization. Dim. 36.8 x 42 mm. Thickness 15 mm. Notes Ref. BA 196.005 was launched in 1970. Although it was intended to be worn on the left arm, the winding crown was placed at 9 because the watch never requires winding and the movement was so accurate that adjustment was only required when one changed time zones, or at the end of the month.
